The Distillery is a new development by Galliard Homes and the overall scheme is designed to provide 214 apartments, including ground level live/work space, some 4,646 sq.m. of commercial space, a cafe, shops, central public piazza and provision
for secure underground parking. Porterage is planned to be located in the central glazed rotunda building.
